Please read through our sizing guide and refund policy prior ro ordering, we want to make sure we get your order to you perfectly size and in good time.
We make the majority of pieces especially for you, meaning they are handmade specifally for you and to the size you selected. Each piece takes approximately 30 working days from start to finsih. You will receive an email when you order is complete and ready to ship. Orders from outside the UK may be subject to customs duty or tax by your local customs authority.
We are based in the UK, all our products are charged in GBP.
Please be aware that while we produce items of the highest quality, silver isn't an indestructable metal. Please ensure you treat it with love, respect and care. For example bangles shouldn't be stretched or opened or closed to fit on the wrist as it will weaken the silver and may well eventually break.
PLEASE NOTE:
Due to Brexit I am no longer able to ship to EU Countries. I must stress that this isn't my choice, it's a decision I've regretfully been forced to make!
Based on that we now only ship to England, Scotland, Wales and the USA.
If you live outside those countries by all means ask if we can ship there and we will take a look and see if we can help.
